What You'll Be Doing
Client Support & Itinerary Building
Build real relationships with clients - get to know what they value and help them plan trips & experiences that reflect that.
Handle travel, dining, and lifestyle requests across a variety of channels.
Manage everything from simple flights to complex, multi-stop international trips.
Respond quickly, listen carefully, and offer thoughtful suggestions and tailored itineraries , adding thoughtful touches that elevate the experiences (before they even ask).
Reward, Loyalty & Points-Based Bookings
Handle bookings made using airline points and miles - whether through direct programs or partner redemptions.
Know your way around loyalty programs across Air, Hotel and Luxury space.
Think ahead: Use creative routing, maximise loyalty benefits, and unlock value others overlook.
Booking Execution
Work across GDS (Sabre preferred) and direct vendor platforms to secure flights, hotels, and extras.
Handle changes, cancellations, and follow-ups with minimal fuss.
Keep everything logged clearly and securely in our systems (currently Todoist, moving to a CRM soon).
Problem-Solving & Creative Thinking
Find smart solutions when things don’t go to plan - missed connections, schedule changes, last-minute requests. Own what comes your way.
Use experience and common sense, but don’t be afraid to get a bit creative to help the client.
Spot ways to improve how we work, and speak up.
Niche Channels & Booking Know-How
Be comfortable with non-traditional booking tools and platforms.
You're curious about the edges of travel—where tech, loyalty, and niche suppliers meet.
Who We're Looking For
You probably don’t think of yourself as a typical travel agent.
You understand premium service, but you also know how to research, dig, compare, and uncover value.
You’re self-sufficient, thrive in remote setups, and stay on top of details without being micromanaged
You’re confident navigating big personalities - respectful, unflappable, and always bringing calm, clever solutions.
Experience in luxury travel, high-end dining, or premium experiences - ideally all three. You’ve got an eye for style and a feel for what ‘luxury’ really means.
What You'll Need
Around 3+ years in the travel space (could be as an agent, loyalty expert, concierge, aviation, etc).
Experience with reward bookings or loyalty programs is important - especially international.
You’re adept at using GDS (Sabre preferred)
You learn fast, remember what matters, and get our world. Luxury, loyalty, and lifestyle. No handholding needed
Comfortable using digital tools like Todoist, Google Sheets, and multiple chat platforms simultaneously. Open to testing new ideas as we scale and evolve.
Clear communicator, written and verbally. Friendly, direct (without the fluff) and professional.
Bonus if you’ve worked in the concierge & lifestyle space, have a service first attitude and get the demands & expectations of our high-net-worth clients.
We're not a startup, but most days still feel like one, so you'll need to be flexible, proactive, and up for the pace.
What We Offer
Competitive salary plus performance bonuses.
Fully remote role, with flexibility around where, when and how you work - just be available during EU hours.
A chance to grow with a company doing things differently.
A team that works hard but doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Access to industry perks and ongoing learning opportunities.
